Supporting Families in Loving and Affirming their LGBTQIA+ Children 

Be Strong Families is offering special discount for conference participants for a workshop and Parent Café on using the Strengthening Families Protective Factors to support children and families navigating this complex terrain. The workshop will use real-life examples and lessons learned around the U.S. to engage participants in a meaningful discussion on the need to support families through their journey toward affirming their gender expansive and LGBTQIA+ children.  The Parent Café will provide a sneak-peak and opportunity to test drive a new deck of conversation questions, “Home is Where the Heart Is: Conversations to Keep LGBTQIA+ Youth in the Family.” Learn more and register here
