TOGETHER FOR FAMILIES CONFERENCE

The biennial Together for Families Conference is a national virtual event that brings together practitioners, network leaders, and partners dedicated to strengthening Family Resource Centers, FRC Networks, and the Family Support and Strengthening Field. This conference focuses on best and promising practices that elevates community rooted support, advance quality implementation, and strengthen the capacity of programs and networks that serve families across the country so every family has what they need to thrive.

At a time when FRCs and family support strategies have gained rare bipartisan momentum, this conference highlights the power of community-led prevention, locally anchored solutions, and shared responsibility for family well-being. Participants explore how trusted community hubs can reduce fragmentation, strengthen protective factors, and partner with families to build resilience so communities can create the conditions where families thrive.

Hosted by the National Family Support Network, with contributions from strategic national partners, the conference highlights innovative Family Support practice and policy, centers family voice and leadership, and explores strategies that create supportive environments that reduce unnecessary involvement with the child welfare system.

Designed for professionals at the program, network, systems, and funder levels, Together for Families offers opportunities to learn from expert presentations, engage in peer sharing, and build connections that advance accessible, high-quality support for families in every community.
The Together for Families Conference is held Tuesday-Thursday the week after Canadian Thanksgiving/ Indigenous Peoples' Day/Columbus Day every even year.
