Registration Inquiries/Setting Up Whova

How do I access the conference?

1. Create a Whova account using the email address you used to register for the conference.

2. Sign in to the Together for Families Whova Web Portal using Google Chrome to access the conference.

3. Refer to the Whova User Guide for step-by-step instructions for using the Whova platform. You can also watch the user guide video. 

4. View all registration instructions here.

 

Can I use Whova on any device?

Yes, Whova supports a mobile and desktop version. Access Whova Together for Families conference here.

 

Will conference sessions be recorded?

Yes, recording will be available for conference participants and available via the Whova platform until Jan 21, 2023. Continuing Education Units will not be given for viewing recordings.

 

Will there be engagement and networking sessions?

Yes, join the Spotlight and Virtual Table Talks on Oct 20! The conference will include opportunities to connect with peers throughout the plenaries and sessions. 

 

Do I need to sign up for individual sessions?

1. Watch this 1 minute video on how to view and add to your agenda. 

2. Add all Plenary Sessions for Oct 19-21 (Note - The Closing Plenary: Real Talk with Parent Leaders on 10/21 will include the opportunity for participants to win raffle prizes.)

3. Choose your Workshop Sessions for Oct 19 & 21

4. Add both Spotlight Sessions for Oct 20

5. Please note that Virtual Table Talk topics will be chosen live on Oct 20

 

When will the conference begin each day?

The conference will begin each day at 11:30 amET.  Visit the conference page for the most up to date information on session topics and schedule.  All sessions are listed in Eastern Daylight time.

 

How do I get my Continuing Education Unit certificate?

All participants who purchased Continuing Education Units (CEUs) during registration will receive their certificates by Nov 21, 2022. Participants must participate in the live session and complete the session feedback form including their name to receive credit for up to 10.5 CEUs. CEUs will not be given for viewing recordings.
