All conference session times are displayed in Eastern Time (ET). To ensure you don't miss a session, we recommend the following steps:

  • Use a time zone converter: Tools like TimeandDate, TimeZoneWizard, or World Time Buddy can help you quickly convert session times to your local time zone.

  • Download the Whova app: If you haven’t already, download the Whova app to your smartphone for easy access to the conference schedule. Once in the app, you can click on sessions and add them directly to your calendar using options like iCal, Google Calendar, or Outlook, ensuring they're set to the correct time zone for you.

This way, you’ll stay on track and never miss a session, no matter where you are!
